Veronica is the Founding Partner of Pacific Investments and Innova Capital Fund with 20 years of experience making private and growth equity investments in a variety of sectors in the US and throughout Latin America. Innova Capital was established in 2009 to focus on innovation and has as its key backers leading families who invest globally. Early investments included leading anti-fraud platform Clearsale and cable company Blue Interactive (sold to Net/Grupo Claro). Veronica has exited numerous investments in the past years such as leading email marketing company Virid (sold to Experian), Digital Ad agency Fbiz (sold to WPP), data company Zipcode (TransUnion), shopper marketing Epigram (WPP), E-Smart (B2W), mobile distributor Allied (Advent), tech platform KeepTrue (Avalara), Snapchat (IPO) and Editas Medicine (Nasdaq: EDIT). Some of the current investments of Innova are Accera (supply chain software), Movile – the leading mobile content and services company in Latam interacting with 120M people every month. Veronica is also an investor in Vitta, Bloomlife, Yogome, Jampp, and Brex. Veronica was active in entrepreneurship as a mentor and helped establish numerous companies, including Patagon.com in Brazil (sold to Banco Santander). From 1998-2001 she headed investments for Latin America of IRR LLC, and prior was an assistant to the CEO of Leucadia National Corporation and worked at Goldman Sachs. In 2015, she was elected one of the top 25 business women in LatAm by LatinTrade Magazine. Veronica received her MBA from Harvard Business School in 1997, graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo and Art and Advertising from Escola Panamericana de Arte. Veronica was born in Chile, grew up in the US and Brazil, and is fluent in several languages.

Fabrice Grinda is a French entrepreneur, blogger and super angel, with more than 200 investments around the world, including Alibaba Group, Airbnb, Beepi, FanDuel, Palantir, and Windeln.Grinda has had $300 million in investment exits. He is the co-founder and former CEO of Aucland, Zingy, and OLX and is a frequent conference speaker on trends in technology, emerging markets, and investing.

Diego Cassinera is a technologist and entrepreneur with many years of experience in innovative technologies related to computer science and the internet. Born in Argentina and raised and educated in the US. A pioneer of adoption of the internet for public use, a founding member of the W3c, recipient of the Smithsonian Technical Achievement award.

DAVID LEONARD

David Leonard is an american entrepreneur and business leader with vast experience in Telecom and Technology in Europe, Latin America and the USA. As President of United International Holdings and Liberty Media for Latin America he managed the business of VTR in Chile, Cablevision in Argentina and Net in Brazil, created his own carrier company Velocom, and was president of satellite broadband provider WildBlue.

NENAD MAVORAC

Nenad Marovac has more than 25 years of venture capital and private equity investment experience in the technology and media sectors. Nenad is the Founder and Managing Partner of DN Capital. Prior to DN Capital, Nenad was a Partner at Advent International in London, where he focused on TMT investments. Nenad focuses on investments in marketplaces, software as a service (SAAS), fintech, consumer mobile applications and digital health companies. Amongst his select investments are Shazam Entertainment (sold to Apple), Auto1 (largest online marketplace for used cars), Apsmart (acquired by Thomson Reuters), Datanomic (acquired by Oracle), Endeca, (acquired by Oracle), Eve Sleep (IPO London), Happn, Hometogo, Hostmaker, Joblift, Mister Spex, Performance Horizon Group, Purplebricks (IPO London), Tbricks (acquired by Orc) and Quandoo (acquired by Recruit Holding). Nenad is also the Chairman of the Venture Capital Board of Invest Europe and an active member of YPO in London and Berlin. Nenad received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Stephanie Feldman is a marketing and transformation leader specializing in digital, customer & employee experience, and innovation across startups, Fortune 1000 B2B & B2Cs, ad agencies and consultancies.
Stephanie currently leads marketing for PwC’s digital organization across business, experience, and technology, building awareness & pipeline of their digital services. Prior, she developed Mirum’s first social media practice within global communications leader WPP. There she led sales and delivery of programs across B2B and B2C in entertainment, gaming, finance, healthcare, sports, technology and consumer packaged goods organizations, working with clients from Disney and Intel, to Oakley and LPL Financial. Prior, she managed various Communications and Public Relations programs for CamelBak, Chiquita’s Fresh Express and e3 gaming where she launched some of the first influencer and digital programs.
